Here is how we bring your vision to life:
Timeline: 1-3 Days
Everything starts with your idea. Whether you have a fully rendered 3D character or a rough napkin sketch, our design team jumps into action.
AIGC Acceleration: We utilize proprietary AI tools to generate multiple variations of your character in plush form. This allows you to visualize textures, expressions, and proportions before a single piece of fabric is cut.
Feasibility Check: Our engineers review the design for manufacturing feasibility to ensure it can be mass-produced within your target budget.
Timeline: 7-10 Days
Once the concept is approved, we move to the physical realm.
Material Selection: We source from a library of over 5,000 fabrics (crystal velvet, long pile, eco-friendly rPET, etc.) to find the perfect touch.
Pattern Making: Our master pattern makers create the templates.
The "First Sample": We produce the initial prototype. You will receive high-resolution photos and videos for review. Physical samples can be shipped via DHL/FedEx for hands-on inspection.
Timeline: 1-2 Weeks
Rarely is the first sample perfect—and that’s okay. We work with you to refine the details.
Revisions: We adjust the stuffing density, facial expressions, or fabric colors based on your feedback.
The Golden Sample: Once you approve the final prototype, we seal it as the "Golden Sample." This becomes the strict standard against which all mass production units will be measured.
PO & Deposit: A Purchase Order is signed, and a deposit is placed to lock in production slots and raw materials.
Timeline: 30-45 Days (Quantity Dependent)
Our factory floor buzzes with activity as your order enters the line.
Laser Cutting: Fabrics are cut with laser precision to ensure identical shapes for every unit.
Computerized Embroidery: Eyes, logos, and intricate details are embroidered with high-speed, high-density machines for durability and aesthetics.
Sewing & Assembly: Skilled seamstresses assemble the skins. This is where the "soul" of the plush is crafted.
Stuffing: We use premium PP cotton or specified eco-materials, ensuring consistent firmness and shape retention.
Timeline: Continuous
Quality is not an afterthought; it is embedded in every step.
In-Line Inspection: QC managers check semi-finished products during sewing.
Pull Testing: We test seams and attached parts (like eyes or buttons) to ensure they meet safety standards (ASTM F963, EN71).
Metal Detection: Crucial Safety Step. Every single plush toy passes through a specialized metal detector to ensure no broken needles or metal fragments remain inside.
Final Grooming: Threads are trimmed, and the plush is brushed and shaped before packaging.
Timeline: 3-5 Days (Processing) + Shipping Time
Packaging: Whether it’s simple polybags with warning text or custom full-color retail boxes, we pack according to your brand specifications.
Warehousing: Orders are palletized and sent to our warehouses in Hangzhou or directly to ports.
Distribution: We handle the logistics paperwork, whether shipping FOB to your forwarder or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) directly to your door in the USA, Europe, or beyond.
