1. Our Commitment to IP Security

At Romocore, we understand that for artists, designers, and brands, your Intellectual Property (IP) is your most valuable asset. As your manufacturing partner, we treat the protection of your designs, trade secrets, and copyrights with the highest level of severity.

We implement a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding IP infringement and data leakage. This policy outlines the rigorous measures we take to secure your creative assets throughout the entire manufacturing process—from AIGC design iteration to final delivery.

2. Ownership Rights

2.1 You Own Your Designs

Romocore claims NO ownership rights over any designs, characters, artwork, or concepts you submit to us for quoting or manufacturing. You retain 100% of the copyright and trademark rights to your products.

2.2 Mold and Pattern Ownership

Once you have paid the setup/mold fees:

• The Molds/Tooling: Belong exclusively to you.

• The Patterns: Belong exclusively to you.

• Romocore will never use your custom molds or patterns to manufacture products for other clients or for our own sale. We store these tools securely in our warehouse for your future re-orders.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

We believe that trust starts with a legal framework.

• Standard NDA: We are ready and willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share any high-resolution files or sensitive concepts.

• Employee Confidentiality: All Romocore employees, including designers, engineers, and production line managers, are bound by strict employment confidentiality agreements. Access to client files is granted on a "need-to-know" basis.

4. Digital Security & AIGC Integrity

As a tech-forward manufacturer utilizing AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content), we address modern data concerns:

• Data Isolation: Your design files (2D sketches, 3D models) are stored in encrypted, isolated project folders.

• No Public Training: We DO NOT use your proprietary designs or finished product images to train public AI models. Any AI processing is done within a closed, private environment solely to assist in the prototyping of your specific product.

• Secure Transfer: We recommend using secure file transfer links (e.g., WeTransfer Pro, Dropbox, or our encrypted portal) rather than standard email attachments for high-sensitivity files.

5. Physical Security in Manufacturing

To prevent "backdoor sales" or "factory leaks":

5.1 "No Photography" Policy

Photography is strictly prohibited on the production floor for unauthorized personnel. Visitors to our factory are not permitted to photograph production lines where third-party IP is visible.

5.2 Waste & Defect Destruction

One of the biggest fears for brands is seeing their "factory rejects" sold on unauthorized marketplaces.

• Destruction Process: Any products that fail our Quality Control (QC) or are produced as test runs are shredded or physically destroyed inside our facility.

• No "Seconds": We do not sell "B-grade" or defective items to stocklots or discount retailers.

6. Verification of Incoming IP

To maintain a clean and legal ecosystem, Romocore also vets the orders we receive:

• Authorization Check: If you ask us to manufacture products featuring well-known global IPs (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Sanrio, Pokémon), we will require official proof of licensing or authorization.

• Refusal of Infringement: We reserve the right to refuse any order that we reasonably believe violates the intellectual property rights of a third party. We will not manufacture counterfeit goods.

7. Reporting & Enforcement

If you suspect any potential breach of IP related to Romocore's operations, or if you need to file an IP authorization document with us, please contact our dedicated legal compliance team immediately.
